    It was an intense evening between the French Volero LE CANNET and the Italian Vero Volley MILANO. The French won 3:2 in an interesting and thrilling match (23-25, 25-20, 14-25, 25-15, 15-6).

    Vero Volley began the match with a point on their side while Volero turned the match on their side. They were leading in the first half of the set and then got tight with 17-17 and 21-21. In the end, Vero Volley managed to close the set with 23-25 and with six kill blocks!

    In the second set, Volero took the initiative and although it was a tight set as the first one, it was going on the side of the French. With 19-16, they went in the lead and closed the set with five points advantage (25-20). The statistics were this time on the side of Volero with five kill blocks and two aces.

    A third set was largely led by the Vero Volley Milano (from 13-14 to 13-22). It was clear that this one would be on the side of the Italians but the French team still had one opportunity to get back in the game and they for sure used it.

    The fourth set saw the return of the great players of Le Cannet who did not let go. With three kill blocks and three aces, they were the team with a great spirit, and the set was largely led by the French. In the end, they won with ten points advantage (25-15).

    In the last set, the Italians struggled against the Le Cannet and did not manage to get new points. The French closed the fifth set with nine points of advantage (15-9).
