    Third time's a charm for DRESDNER SC

    SC Prometey DNIPRO used the home court advantage in the opening set, quickly earning a solid advantage. The team powered by Heidy Casanova, who produced impressive 8 winning spikes and showed off 89% of success in this skills, didn't experience any bigger problems on their way, but it completely changed in the second set as this one was fully controlled by DRESDNER SC. German team dominated in block (5-1) and with perfect reception (71%) could dictate their terms. It was a cold shower for the hosts, who after short break returned much stronger in third set. Their efficiency in spike was absolutely brilliant - 82% and it was a key to set win, but the hosts didn't lay down their arms. Maja Storck was their strongest powergun - her 9 kills and the team efforts let DRESDNER to prolong the game into tie-break. It was the most competitive set, and details were crucial. DNIPRO denied two match points, but the third time's a charm and DRESDNER closed the match to earn their first win after winning block.
